Jack Mack
Physiotherapist
Jack was born and raised in Ulladulla before attending the University of Canberra to complete a double degree in Exercise Science & Sports Coaching / Sports Management in 2015. He then went on to complete a Graduate Certificate in Health Research and his Masters of Physiotherapy graduating in 2019. Jack is trained in Dry Needling and has attended a number of courses including ACL, hamstring and body flow movement courses.
Jack enjoys treating a wide range of injuries with a specific interest in surfing and snowboarding rehabilitation, sport specific return to sport and lower limb injuries such as ACL, MCL and ankle injuries. Jack has spent an extensive amount of time with orthopaedic specialists in his area, both in theatre and clinics, to get a better understanding around the thought process of surgical vs conservative management in particular ACL, meniscus, shoulder subluxations and rotator cuff tear injuries.
Jack’s love for the mountains and ocean has given him opportunities to work overseas spending two winter seasons in Niseko, Japan rehabilitating and managing acute snow related injuries and seasons in the Mentawai’s as a physiotherapist providing surf specific training and managing injuries.
